Evolve Strategists was born out of a relentless passion to revolutionise the client acquisition landscape. Our founder, Tristan Figredo, started as a young e-commerce entrepreneur, balancing his full-time studies in finance and marketing with a successful full-time career in sales, winning numerous National Sales Awards in the Fitness Industry.

After having his tenth major operation, facing a life-threatening liver, ribcage & abdominal surgery that tested his resilience, Tristan emerged with a renewed sense of purpose. He realised, that after having a heart operation, numerous liver operations, and various abdominal surgeries... He was SO lucky to be here!

He knew he had to serve his purpose, and provide the world with what he is truly great at! His true passion wasn't in selling snorkelling masks online, or selling gym memberships, but in helping other great people achieve their business dreams.

Determined to make a significant impact, Tristan founded Evolve Strategists, bringing together a team of talented individuals who shared his vision.

Ricardo Arigore - one of the Shareholders in a company that is a client of Evolve Strategists, happened to admire Tristan’s innovative approach to marketing and sales. Their combined expertise and dedication laid the foundation for what would become an unstoppable force in the building industry.

After their continued success together, and passion for Marketing, Sales and Artificial Intelligence... Ricardo proposed that he and Tristan team up together to truly help achieve their vision and the vision of their clients. Tristan agreed, and the rest is history. Just kidding - the rest is still happening, we continue to write this future every day!
