Tristan architects AI acquisition systems for 7 and 8-figure businesses — designing the infrastructure that captures leads, converts prospects, and retains clients without adding headcount. His focus spans funnel architecture, CRM strategy, workflow design, and AI deployment planning. On the strategic side, he drives positioning, offer design, and sales process optimisation. At Evolve, Tristan leads client partnerships, acquisition strategy, and the system design that our team builds and deploys.
