A practical conversation about your goals, constraints, current systems and what you've already tried. We'll say plainly whether we think we can help and where we'd start.
Scope and proposal
A written proposal setting out the priorities, what we'll build or run, the timeline and the terms.
Onboarding and baseline
Access to the systems involved, tracking checked or set up, and a baseline recorded so later reporting compares like with like.
Build and launch
Work delivered in stages. Your team tests what affects them, and changes are documented.
Run, report and improve
Regular reporting against the agreed measures, recommendations for what to do next, and adjustments when something isn't working.
