Who it's for
For teams spending hours on work a system could do
Automation pays off where a task happens often, follows clear rules and currently depends on someone remembering to do it.
Signs it's worth a conversation
- Staff copy the same details between forms, the CRM and accounting.
- Follow-ups, reminders and rebookings depend on someone remembering.
- Onboarding or job handovers are done differently each time.
- Someone builds the same report by hand every week.
Processes we commonly automate
We find the repetitive steps between your people and systems and automate only the ones worth automating — prioritised by how often a task happens, how long it takes and what goes wrong when it's missed.

Delivery
How we deliver automation
- 01

Who does what, how often, which systems are involved and where errors happen.
- 02
Prioritise
Rank candidates by value and effort. Sometimes the first step is simplifying the process.
- 03
Build and test
Build with your existing tools where possible, test edge cases and set up alerts for failures.
- 04
Monitor and maintain
Watch for errors and changes in connected systems, and adjust as your process evolves.

Questions we're often asked
Which processes should we automate first?
Usually the ones that happen many times a week, follow clear rules and cause real problems when missed — such as enquiry follow-up, document chasing and recurring reports.
What happens when an automation fails?
We design for it: failed steps raise an alert to a named person, and important workflows have a manual fallback. Connected systems change over time, so monitoring is part of the work.
Do we need new software?
Not necessarily. We start with the systems you already pay for — CRM workflow tools, integration platforms or small pieces of custom code — and only suggest new tools when they're clearly worth it.
Can you take over automations someone else built?
Usually. We'll review what exists, document it and flag anything fragile before taking responsibility for it.
Is automation the same as AI?
No. Most business automation is rule-based: when X happens, do Y. AI helps where judgement or messy inputs are involved, such as reading documents. We'll use whichever fits the task.
